Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a flexible retail teammate to support fast-paced store operations, both front and back of house. You will multi-task across tasks and work with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with transactions in a fast-paced store.
• Process shipments and organize the stock room to ensure smooth product flow.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations and follow store policies.
• Collaborate with team to deliver retail excellence and memorable customer experiences.
