Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a dynamic Retail Team Member to join our high-volume store environment. You’ll greet customers, assist with purchases, answer phones, and help maintain smooth store operations while representing the Tory Burch brand with warmth and professionalism.

Open availability, a willingness to multitask, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs are essential. You’ll work with an energetic team, contribute to excellent customer experiences, and grow with our Retail Excellence programs.

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier, and answer phones.
• Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow and the smooth running of the store.
• Work with a professional team to deliver retail excellence and an exceptional customer experience.
