Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking an energetic retail associate to support a high-volume store environment in New York. You will provide exceptional customer service, manage POS transactions via iPads, and help maintain store operations and product flow.

You must be capable of multi-tasking, possess strong product knowledge, and demonstrate a team-oriented attitude. Expect flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with opportunities to grow through brand programs and leadership development.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including overnights, evenings, weekends.
• Ability to lift and stand for extended periods as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all sales and operational policies.
• Accurately process all POS transactions and capture customer information.
• Understand radio communication and in-store technology tools.
• Ensure accurate processing and documentation of shipments and receipts.
• Print tickets in WebIM and maintain back-of-house organization.
• Support the customer experience with product knowledge and service.
