Job summary

The Global Ambassador in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a guest-focused retail associate to join its luxury environment. You will warmly welcome guests, build genuine connections, and guide product selections with thoughtful questions. Expect fast-paced service, accurate transactions, and maintaining visually engaging displays across six dining and retail experiences.

Previous luxury retail exposure is preferred. Flexibility for evenings and weekends, strong cash handling, and a passion for wellness,

Qualifications

Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment preferred.
Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and retail technology.

Responsibilities

Create an elevated shopping experience by warmly welcoming guests and members and providing personalized, attentive service
Engage customers with a dynamic, energetic service presence while building genuine connections
Ask thoughtful questions to understand guest needs and confidently guide product selections
Deliver solutions quickly and professionally, resolving concerns with sound judgment and minimal supervision
Accurately process retail transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges
Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays by stocking, organizing, and straightening shelves and fixtures
Support inventory control, restocking, and overall organization of the retail space
Assist with spa retail events, promotions, and pop-up activations
