Movado Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at our Movado Group Store in Seattle Premium Outlet. This role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, drives sales, trains staff, and steps in when the Manager is unavailable.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of retail management experience and a background in watches, jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential, with flexibility for weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager.
• Open and close store.
• Coach and train store personnel to meet sales goals.
• Recruit and develop staff for peak performance.
• Ensure CRM data capture and inventory/revenue management per policy.
• Provide exceptional customer service consistently.
• Maintain a neat, professional store environment.
• Oversee merchandise presentation and displays.
• Service watches including sizing and battery changes.
