Job summary

Gabriella White in Roswell, GA is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations and ensure an exceptional showroom client experience. You will support the Store Manager, oversee staff responsibilities, and maintain presentation standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with retail management experience, a passion for client service, and the ability to drive sales while fostering a collaborative and professional team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, design, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in retail or design with at least two years in a leadership role; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales and profitability through metrics and analysis.
• Strong selling aptitude for luxury products and exceptional client experience.
• Ability to coach and develop associates while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure showroom presentation and merchandising align with brand standards.
• Oversee stockroom standards, visuals, and cleanliness across client areas and warehouse.
• Coordinate daily store operations: opening/closing, inventory, merchandising, safety, and cash controls.
• Drive high-quality client experience and address service challenges promptly.
• Support in lead/business reviews and report performance insights.
• Coach associates and reinforce brand values and professional conduct.
• Maintain security and audit processes; manage CRM system usage.
• Monitor sales and operational metrics; escalate issues to Store Manager.
