Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Security Officer in Connecticut to protect clients and employees while delivering the Tiffany Experience.

The role combines security duties with front-of-house responsibilities, including welcoming clients, supporting store operations, and upholding the brand standard. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, drive sales through excellent service, and partner with management to deter theft and maintain security systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
• Experience in a retail/security environment is preferred.
• 1 year prior experience in a security related position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times, serving as ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients.
• Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and in-store sales.
• Elevate the in-store experience with Tiffany brand ambassador service and TEI-driven customer interactions.
• Provide security controls and operations support, including inspections, alarm tests, incident reporting, and daily tasks such as opening/closing procedures and facilities communication.
