Giorgio Armani is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Las Vegas to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will guide daily sales floor activities, coach associates, and execute store strategies to build trusted client relationships and drive revenue.

The role requires strong leadership, integrity, and the ability to inspire a diverse team while maintaining a luxury retail standard.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Client Advisor with strong teamwork.
• College or post-secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence partners and motivate the team.
• Experience with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Foreign language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin) are a strong asset.
