Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a diverse store team in Las Vegas. You will inspire associates on the shop floor, drive sales, and deliver an excellent client experience, while ensuring the store operates efficiently.

Your mix of entrepreneurial spirit, luxury brand knowledge, and strong organizational skills will shape daily outcomes and the client journey. In this role you will coach in-the-moment, shape client relationship strategies, and communicate clearly

Qualificações

• Demonstrated success as a Client Advisor in results and strong team player.
• College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Experience with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on the sales floor to drive excellence in client experiences and ensure associates receive in-the-moment coaching.
• Shape and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates to drive revenue.
• Be accountable for ensuring appropriate communications are cascaded throughout the team.
• Drive sales personally and through the team while leading by example with integrity and collaboration.
• Convey Giorgio Armani's vision and values to the team on a daily basis.
