Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead the sales floor, inspire the team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will drive revenue, coach in the moment, and ensure the store operates smoothly.

The role requires strong communication, luxury retail knowledge, and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and associates. Salary starts at $20 per hour with the potential for bonus or commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Client advisor experience with a results-driven mindset and ability to motivate a team.
• College or post-secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence partners and motivate the team.
• Experience with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability for holidays, nights and weekends.
• Language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin) are strong assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor to drive excellence in client experiences and coach team members in the moment.
• Shape and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates and drive revenue.
• Ensure clear and timely communication cascades throughout the team and store operations.
• Drive sales personally and through the team as a management team member.
