Qualifications

• College/Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate team.
• Experience with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse sales team on the shop floor and drive a superior client experience.
• Provide input on client relationship strategies and in-the-moment coaching for associates.
• Help shape store strategies and maintain brand standards, trust, and revenue growth.
• Ensure effective communication throughout the team and accountability for results.
