Responsibilities

• Recommend, locate, and help customers find merchandise based on needs.
• Be familiar with store inventory to provide product knowledge.
• Greet customers and educate them on promotions.
• Foster repeat business by building relationships and promoting Saks credit card.
• Process sales transactions using POS with accuracy and adhere to standards.
• Resolve customer issues with trust, integrity, and respect.
• Achieve individual and store goals for sales and loyalty program participation.
• Maintain selling floor and fitting rooms; re-sizing, restocking, markdowns as needed.
• Participate in store programs and events; ensure display standards meet brand guidelines.
