Responsibilities

• Recommend, locate, and help obtain merchandise based on customer needs
• Greet customers and educate them on promotions
• Promote Saks credit card and loyalty programs
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS
• Maintain selling floor and fitting rooms and sign fixtures/windows when needed
• Resolve issues in line with core values of trust and respect
• Achieve individual and store sales and customer acquisition goals
• Support store leadership with special projects
