Job summary

ROBERT GRAHAM is seeking a sales associate to support store sales, staff, and merchandise while delivering an exceptional customer and brand experience. You will help drive sales, coach colleagues, and participate in events to grow the local customer base.

The role requires at least 2 years of strong selling experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a commitment to customer service and teamwork. Evening/weekend availability is expected, with physical tasks included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of consistently strong selling performance and clientele experience in an elevated contemporary brand.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
• Excellent brand and product knowledge.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of merchandise.
• Knowledge of POS; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience working in a sales-commission environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support overall sales in the store, staff, merchandise and customer service, while promoting a sales culture to build productivity and passion for the brand.
• Ensure customers receive exemplary service and a positive store/brand experience.
• Meet sales goals and motivate staff to achieve productivity targets.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise and ensure selling is fluent.
• Assist with events/incentives to grow the local customer base.
