Qualifications

Experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
Strong personal selling and client relations experience.
Flexible work hours including overnight, evening, holidays and weekends.
Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, push/pull, squat, kneel, bend and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain new and existing client relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
Convey Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers through consultative selling.
Ensure all sales and operating policies are followed and maintained.
