Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a fast-paced retail setting, strong communication skills, and availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Expect a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
• Create the customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge while communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy to customers and colleagues.
• Follow all sales and operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and loss prevention.
• Work with an amazing team of professionals who share a passion for excellence.
