Tory Burch is seeking a dynamic retail professional to deliver a transformational client experience and drive sales in a high-volume environment. You will use in-depth product knowledge to engage customers and uphold brand standards, while collaborating with teammates to maintain visual and operational excellence.

The role requires strong communication, a genuine interest in people and fashion, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• One-to-three years' experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, along with verbal and written communication skills
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time
