Job summary

Tory Burch LLC is seeking a retail team member to deliver a transformational client experience and drive sales. You will build relationships with customers, apply product knowledge to create a compelling shopping experience, and maintain brand standards across the store.

The role requires 1–3 years in a high-volume retail environment, strong communication, and flexibility for a varied schedule including evenings and weekends. An energetic team environment and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• One-to-three years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, along with verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
