Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a client-focused Retail Associate to deliver transformational experiences and drive sales across our California store. You’ll build relationships, use product knowledge, and embody the Tory Burch lifestyle while upholding store policies and loss prevention practices.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow through our Retail Excellence programs and brand ambassador training.

Qualifications

• One-to-three years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, along with verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
• Create the customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge while communicating Tory Burch brand philosophy.
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and loss prevention procedures are followed and maintained.
• Work with an amazing team of professionals who share a passion for excellence.
