Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, along with verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
• Create the customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
• Understand and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers while following sales and operational policies.
• Work with a team to deliver retail excellence and loss prevention practices.
