Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a store leadership role in New York. You will partner with the GM/AGM to create a highly productive, customer-centric environment where staff can grow and deliver exceptional retail experiences.

Your focus will be on developing selling and service skills while running daily operations with authenticity. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of management experience in luxury or service-driven settings, a proven track record, and flexibility to meet the store's schedule

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree (business or fashion related discipline a plus).
2-4 years of management experience in a luxury or service driven environment.
Prior experience as a manager a plus.
Proven track record of success.
Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

Monitor team sales targets and metrics and drive results.
Oversee development of clientele relationships and create an extraordinary customer experience.
Set clear goals and expectations and hold the team to high standards.
Build a world-class talent team and develop staff selling and service skills.
