Louis Vuitton is seeking an Operations Lead to join its team in Los Angeles. The role emphasizes operational excellence, leadership, and strategic efficiency in a luxury retail environment.

You will manage people, optimize inventory processes, and collaborate with store leadership to sustain high standards in service and accuracy. Ideal candidates have prior management experience in fast-paced retail, especially luxury, with strong inventory knowledge and advanced Excel capabilities.

Qualifications

• Has previously held a management position leading operations in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably luxury.
• Expert knowledge of stock and operations in a high-volume, dynamic environment is essential.
• Experience partnering with store leadership to drive operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive operational performance of inventory flows and accuracy, inventory optimization and training through hands-on coaching in-store and with retail leadership.
• Support regional inventory control teams in accuracy and integrity plans through analysis, teams and processes to reduce shrink and discrepancies.
• Ensure bin management is executed in accordance with policy standards.
• Communicate the execution of inventory preparation, standards, completion and reconciliation of all counts and discrepancies.
• Create inventory schedules in partnership with the Regional Inventory Operations Manager for the inventory operations team.
• Lead research on missing inventory (IP shrink), bucket management, transactions, movements, adjustments, bin research, open POs, etc.
