Job summary

Brobston Group LLC's Las Vegas Crystals store seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee back-of-house operations, merchandise logistics, shipments, transfers, and cycle counts. You will partner with store leadership to align stock with sales potential and coach a BOH team toward accurate, efficient processes and a safe, organized workspace.

The role requires strong leadership, inventory control expertise, proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational management experience in luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of back-of-house staff, supporting professional development and performance management.
• Oversee shipment processing, allocations, transfers and movement of merchandise from BOH to the sales floor.
• Optimize inventory management, streamline operational processes and maintain organized stock rooms with proper labeling.
• Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to verify quantities and product condition and report discrepancies timely.
• Manage reservations and consignments and resolve issues according to company guidelines.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
