Job summary

Thom Browne, Inc. is seeking a Retail Operations Assistant to support Global Retail Operations with uniforming program planning and management across corporate and retail markets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, project coordination, merchandising operations, or a related function.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, proactive mindset with analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end corporate and retail uniforming program across global markets.
• Manage seasonal uniform planning, forecasting, ordering, allocations, distribution, replenishment, exchanges, and returns.
• Coordinate employee sizing, new-hire outfitting, seasonal wardrobe updates, and ongoing uniform requests.
• Maintain inventory records, sizing information, allocation trackers, and order logs.
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability to anticipate demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders on uniform requirements.
• Track uniform-related expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and budget utilization.
• Communicate guidelines, procedures, deadlines, and updates to employees and retail teams globally.
• Identify opportunities to improve uniforming processes and reduce costs.
