Job summary

Thom Browne, Inc. is seeking a North America Luxury Retail Buyer to identify and implement key product strategies, ensuring commercial needs are met while upholding a strong brand image through seasonal assortments.

You will partner with Demand Planning to optimize stock, coordinate with Retail Excellence and Visual Merchandising, and build close relationships with store teams to drive topline sales. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in luxury retail buying, a degree in fashion merchandising,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in luxury retail buying; monoband experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, design, or business administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong retail math and analytical skills.
• Experience with SAP, BI, Joor a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement key product strategies for North America to drive commercial needs and strong brand image across seasonal assortments.
• Partner with Demand Planning to evaluate sales and stock levels; execute stock re-balancing and replenishments.
• Collaborate with Retail Excellence, Visual Merchandising, and Learning teams to enhance communications and processes in North America.
• Develop relationships with store teams and ensure they have tools and proper product to drive the business.
• Communicate market opportunities to Merchandising to maximize sales.
• Execute reporting, recaps, and analysis to share trends with stakeholders.
