Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of administrative work or retail inventory experience.
• Experience in high-end jewelry or luxury environments.
• Administrative experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience working in back offices or multi-store retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate associate or department.
• Coordinate mail flow and maintain store correspondence.
• Handle clerical duties, supplies, and POS duties.
• Coordinate shipping and distribution between HQ, customers, and stores.
• Generate reports for stores, departments, and executives.
• Coordinate between sales associates, clients, vendors, and the corporate office.
• Process and track merchandise through the inventory system.
• Review purchase orders and invoices with Accounts Payable.
• Assist in inventory counts and spot checks on the sales floor.
