Responsibilities

• Answer calls and direct to the appropriate associate or department.
• Coordinate shipping and distribution between HQ, customers, and stores.
• Process and verify purchase orders and invoices for accuracy.
• Stock merchandise and enter data into the inventory system.
• Assist in inventory counts and audits.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations as needed.
• Maintain quality control standards for stock and merchandising.
• Provide clerical and POS-related support to store teams.
