Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, stock receiving and accuracy checks.
• Ability to support sales team with stock retrieval across channels.
• Familiarity with store administration and stockroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control from hub/warehouse and report discrepancies.
• Support sales with timely stock retrieval including omnichannel.
• Maintain tidy back of house in line with Retail Operations.
• Perform quality control on products and report issues.
• Support aftersales processes (alterations, repairs, personalization).
• Ensure stockroom equipment is operational and report issues.
• Handle ad hoc admin tasks and event support.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock taking and other duties.
