Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, climb stairs, and bend or kneel.
• Frequent use of hands; must maintain visual focus.

Responsibilities

• Support entire sales team with stock expedites and client appointments.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences and connect deeply with clients.
• Process transactions during the selling ceremony.
• Assist with inventory management and daily revenue reporting.
• Follow up on alterations and repairs.
• Organize stock room maintenance.
• Provide updates to management on stock and transfer arrivals.
