Job summary

Neiman Marcus in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling.

You will perform daily tasks to assist store sales and customer experience, reporting to the RPSO Manager at the Neiman Marcus store location. Responsibilities include merchandise transfers, inbound/outbound freight processing, online and in-store order fulfillment, pricing updates, inventory control, and event setup.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Demonstrate flexibility with competing tasks with a "win together" mentality.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Associates must work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers.
• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders.
• Reticketing, damages, and inventory control processes.
• Support set-up and takedown of in-store events and activations.
