Longines Watch Co. Francillon Ltd. is seeking a Retail Keyholder in New York to deliver exceptional service, lead the selling floor, and support store leadership in achieving sales targets.

You will help execute client outreach initiatives, build brand awareness, and assist in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, while keeping customers at the forefront. You will represent the brand both inside and outside the boutique.

Qualificações

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in a Keyholder position, preferably luxury retail.
• Strong customer service focus with goal orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer service on the selling floor.
• Lead and support the management team to meet sales goals.
• Assist with opening/closing routines and daily operations.
• Represent the Longines brand inside and outside the boutique.

Luxury retail jewelry experience
