Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Miami seeks a Financial Analyst to drive financial analysis, forecasting, monthly reporting, and Americas P&L consolidation. You will support marketing and wholesale control, build dashboards, partner with cross-functional teams, and translate commercial insights into financial action.

You will lead budgeting processes, analyze variances, and ensure data integrity across ERP and POS systems, playing a key role in strategic decision-making for the Americas region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in financial analysis, reporting or controlling.
• Strong accounting knowledge and monthly close experience.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; ERP/POS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report against forecasts; present monthly reviews to management and HQ.
• Support marketing/wholesale controlling including tracking expenses and variances.
• Prepare daily/monthly sales reports; reconcile data across ERP, Power BI and POS systems.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports for Sales, Marketing, CAPEX, Operations.
• Coordinate budgeting and planning; import budgets into consolidation systems.
