Qualifications

• One-to-three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
• Create the customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge while communicating Tory Burch brand philosophy.
