Qualifications

• One-to-three years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales and meet personal goals.
• Deliver the Tory Burch brand experience through product knowledge and service.
• Follow sales and operational policies to ensure loss prevention and accuracy.
