You bring 1–3 years in luxury retail or high-end hospitality, impeccable presentation, and the stamina to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll operate POS, manage client records discreetly, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

What You Will Create

• Warm, proactive, and highly personalized service for resort guests and members

• Expert storytelling around merchandise, designers, materials, and brand heritage
• Accurate and discreet execution of sales transactions, including POS operation and clientele record management
• Immaculate visual merchandising and presentation standards aligned with luxury Nemacolin, Preferred, Forbes, and AAA expectations
• Careful handling of special orders, gift services, and bespoke guest and member requests with urgency and precision
• Professional resolution of guest and member inquiries or concerns with discretion and grace
• Consistent support of inventory control, merchandising standards, and loss prevention procedures
• Close collaboration with other resort departments to ensure seamless guest and member experiences beyond the retail space
• Adherence to all resort policies, appearance standards, and operational guidelines
• Active participation in departmental meetings and training sessions to refine product and service knowledge
