Responsibilities

Drive daily store performance and hit sales/KPI targets.
Lead on the sales floor, remaining hands-on with clients while supporting and motivating the team.
Coach Sales Advisors to improve selling, clienteling, product knowledge, and performance.
Build and maintain client relationships through personalized service, outreach, appointments, and CRM activity.
Support day-to-day store operations: opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention.
Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
Monitor performance and identify opportunities to increase sales, conversion, and client retention.
Support onboarding and training of new team members.
Foster a collaborative, positive, and performance-driven store culture.
Act as Manager on Duty when required.
