Coach in Bloomington (Mall of America) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing the team within a luxury retail environment.

You will support omni-channel efforts, clienteling, and operational standards while ensuring visual merchandising and loss prevention policies are followed. The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends in a fast-paced store setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion background preferred.
• Strong customer focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems; knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Strategy: forecast, plan, and implement category initiatives; monitor KPIs and adjust strategies.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: create an inclusive, high-energy environment that meets Coach Service standards; resolve customer issues and act as brand ambassador.
• Lead & Develop Talent: recruit, onboard, and coach team members; foster a collaborative culture and strong talent pipeline.
• Execute Omni-Channel & Digital Engagement: support virtual shopping, clienteling, and data acquisition; leverage social media trends.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: oversee policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate & Communicate: share market insights with district and corporate teams to drive cross-functional projects.
