Brilliant Earth is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager for our Miami showroom to lead a Concierge and Jewelry Consultant team, delivering a luxury shopping experience. This on-site, full-time role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and achieving sales targets while upholding Brilliant Earth’s standards.

The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, a passion for exceptional service, and the ability to work Tuesday–Saturday in person. Budgeted salary is $60k–$62k annually.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people in retail or direct-to-consumer sales; store leadership or keyholder experience a plus.
• Ability to create luxury, high-touch customer experiences and guide purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and management of a Customer Experience team focused on sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain an efficient showroom and office with high customer service standards.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and private showroom presentations.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat; uphold high standards.
• Conduct in-person appointments to present jewelry in a private showroom.
• Design and implement improvements to processes and customer experience.
• Collaborate with operations, merchandising, retail, marketing, HR, and customer care.
