Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership or management experience, preferably luxury.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Experience coaching and developing retail teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Highly polished, professional, and client-focused.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch retail environment.
• Strong understanding of clienteling, sales performance, and store operations.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations and overall store performance.
• Lead by example in delivering elevated, personalized customer service.
• Drive sales and support the team in achieving individual and store goals.
• Coach, motivate, and develop sales associates.
• Assist with clienteling and building strong client relationships.
• Support visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure operational excellence.
• Assist with inventory, shipments, replenishment, and stockroom organization.
• Help maintain a polished, welcoming, and luxury-focused store environment.
• Step in as a key leader when the Store Manager is not present.
