AMIRI seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its upcoming Scottsdale, AZ location. The ASM will lead a luxury retail team, drive customer service excellence, and partner with the Store Manager to meet business objectives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of retail leadership, a deep understanding of the luxury market, and a proven track record of coaching staff in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes KPI oversight, brand ambassador duties, and proactive team development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressively responsible retail leadership experience.
• Strong familiarity with the luxury market and identifying business opportunities.
• Experience leading retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a customer-service focused environment.
• Ability to multi-task with ease.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active and participatory role on the selling floor, developing the team.
• Analyze store metrics including sales, inventory levels, drop schedules, etc.
• Ensure high sell-through and stock adequacy with the Corporate team.
• Lead daily team meetings to communicate trends and updates, and motivate the team.
• Provide accurate and detailed reports to relevant parties.
• Partner with Retail Operations to maintain efficient store processes.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training for new hires.
• Support cross-departmental events and product launches.
