Job summary

Cartier Scottsdale Boutique is seeking an Ambassador to achieve sales targets, build a premium client portfolio, and deliver a unique luxury experience across all touchpoints.

You will cultivate relationships, manage client data, assist with daily boutique operations, and participate in inventory, events, and back-office tasks.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in luxury retail, weekend availability, and strong communication; college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Flexibility to work weekends and travel for trainings/events.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and develop a premium client portfolio.
• Provide outstanding service across all touchpoints and nurture client relationships.
• Support daily boutique operations, merchandising, inventories, and back-office tasks.
• Capture client data accurately and participate in in-store/off-site events.
