Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet all requirements for serving alcohol.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of six months of restaurant server experience in a full-service dining environment required.
• Luxury hotel, resort, fine dining, wine bar, or upscale restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests in accordance with Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, wines, cocktails, and daily specials.
• Make personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain tables and service stations throughout the dining experience.
• Process guest payments accurately and follow all cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with culinary, bartending, and support teams to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties according to departmental standards.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and stay informed of resort events, promotions, and offerings.
