Salamander Middleburg is seeking an Assistant In-Room Dining Manager to lead a luxury In-Room Dining team and deliver Forbes Five-Star service. You will oversee daily operations, VIP amenities, and honor bar service while developing a team that anticipates guest needs and upholds the highest standards.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure accurate guest charges and timely delivery. A hands-on leader with hospitality focus is essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily In-Room Dining operations from order taking to delivery and tray retrieval.
• Coach and develop staff through briefings, training, and feedback.
• Uphold Forbes service standards through observations and coaching.
• Coordinate VIP amenities with Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping and others.
• Oversee honor bar replenishment, inventory, and guest charges.
• Monitor food quality, temperature, presentation and delivery times.
• Handle guest requests promptly and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling and daily assignments based on occupancy and demand.
• Contribute to labor, inventory, purchasing, and waste management.
