Job summary

Kiawah Island Golf Resort is seeking a guest service driven Villa Transportation Driver to act as an ambassador for the resort and Sanctuary Hotel. You will anticipate guests’ needs, greet them warmly, and ensure a consistently high level of service during on-site transport across the property.

The role includes transporting guests between The Sanctuary Hotel, our five championship golf courses, tennis center, pools, and various dining venues while keeping safety and luggage handling a priority.

Qualifications

• Experience driving 10-14 passenger Sprinter vans.
• Effective communication over a 2-way radio.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to Kiawah Island and wish them safe travels.
• Transport guests to Sanctuary Hotel, golf courses, tennis center, pools, restaurants, etc.
• Carry baggage to villas and assist guests with accommodations.
• Deliver amenities, golf bags, luggage, and other items when needed.
• Inspect van before each shift for safety and cleanliness.
• Uphold resort policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
