Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness
• Acknowledge and greet all guests, anticipate guest needs, and respond to inquiries
• Effectively merchandises food and beverage menus in an informative and enthusiastic manner
• Communicates with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction
• Set tables with clean pressed linen, china, silverware, and glassware
• Ensure dining room furniture and floors are kept clean and arranged
• Accurately takes food and beverage orders and records transactions in Micros system
• Serves food and beverages following service steps and maintains guest tabs
• Follows daily checklists and side work; completes cleaning duties as directed
• Attends staff meetings for information and direction
• Contributes to a professional workplace that maximizes morale and productivity
