Job summary

The Lodge & Club Ponte Vedra Beach seeks a passionate Personal Trainer to provide one-on-one and small group instruction within our luxury resort. You will design customized programs and ensure correct technique while delivering exceptional service.

As part of a five-star hospitality team, you will help members achieve their wellness goals, maintain a pristine fitness center, and support front desk operations as needed. Equitable opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
• Minimum of two years personal training experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury club, resort, hotel, or fitness facility preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to build rapport with members while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group fitness instruction.
• Design customized exercise programs based on assessments and health histories.
• Ensure proper technique and safe equipment usage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness center.
• Promote wellness programs and personal training services.
• Support front desk operations as needed.
