Job summary

Wequassett Resort and Golf Club on Cape Cod is hiring restaurant cooks for its luxury outlets, including twenty-eight Atlantic and Outer Bar & Grille. Join a culinary team focused on high-quality products and warm service.

Responsibilities

• Preparing restaurant foods, hot and cold according to specifications.
• Delivering plates that are beautifully presented with great attention to detail.
• Maintaining knowledge of sanitation standards and all proper culinary techniques.
• Working as a team and effectively communicating to management and staff.
• Ensuring guest expectations are exceeded.
• Ensuring requisitions are processed properly.
