Aspen Alps is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations for guest condominiums and public areas. You will coach staff, assign schedules, and ensure rooms are guest-ready and spotless, while upholding the resort’s luxury standards.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. You will collaborate with front desk and maintenance to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a premier Aspen setting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a hotel or luxury resort environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest-relations skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support housekeepers to meet luxury cleanliness standards.
• Assign daily schedules and room priorities based on occupancy and needs.
• Lead by example, assist with room cleaning and inspections as needed.
• Coach staff and provide performance feedback regularly.
• Ensure safety protocols and PPE are followed across all tasks.
