Welcome Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the InterContinental Palm Springs Resort and Spa (coming Soon). This senior role oversees operations, drives profitability, and ensures exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

The GM will balance strategic leadership with hands-on management, maintaining brand standards and a culture of excellence across all departments in Palm Springs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in hospitality management, preferably in luxury hotel settings.
• Experience leading diverse teams and managing complex operations.
• Strong financial and revenue-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments to ensure high-quality service.
