Job summary

The Crowd in West Hollywood is seeking a Project Manager to lead day-to-day coordination and delivery of luxury residential projects. You will work with clients, principals, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure the design intent is achieved from concept through installation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a luxury interior design studio, strong FF&E and detailing knowledge, and exceptional organizational skills. Medical insurance and a 401(k) are offered.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a high-end residential interior design studio.
  • Experience from concept through procurement and installation.
  • Strong understanding of FF&E, materials, finishes, and detailing.
  • Procurement experience including vendor coordination, purchasing, deliveries and QC.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day coordination and delivery of multiple high-end residential projects across design and execution stages.
  • Act as key contact between clients, principals, architects, contractors, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
  • Track project progress, anticipate needs and address budget/schedule issues.
  • Support development and maintenance of budgets, schedules, and finish/ plumbing/ appliance schedules.
  • Oversee FF&E procurement from specification to delivery, ensuring design intent is met.
  • Coordinate with vendors, workrooms, and fabricators on custom furniture and millwork.
  • Assist with furniture plans and design documentation using AutoCAD and related software.
  • Coordinate samples, finishes, approvals, and vendor submissions.
